Tuition may be paid in full or in a 10-month installment plan, with the first payment due on July 5, 2013. A processing fee of $150 per child will be added to your note. If you choose the installment plan, tuition, fees and the 2014-2015 registration fee will be combined into a monthly payment. Please be aware that the registration fee may increase for the 2014-2015 school year. You will be responsible for any excess amount. The January payment will be applied toward the registration of your child for the following year. If, for any reason, you do not wish to register your child for the following school year, you will receive a credit of your registration fee per child on your tuition. The deadline for informing the school office that you wish to receive this credit is January 31, 2013.
Families with 2 children (K-8) will receive a 7% discount on tuition. Families with 3 or more children (K-8) will receive a 15% discount on tuition. Pre-K is not considered in the family plan.
Those families choosing to pay the total amount on or before Wednesday, April 31, 2013 will receive a tuition credit of $100 per family.
Every family must report to school on March 13, 14, or 15, 2013, to sign a promissory note or state intentions to pay tuition in full. Times to be announced.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
A limited number of financial aid scholarships will be available through the Msgr. Fuselier Scholarship Fund. Those wishing to apply for financial assistance may request a form from the school office after registering their child. Applications must be completed and returned to St. Genevieve by February 28, 2013. Decisions regarding financial assistance are made based on need and the availability of funds for the current school year. Financial assistance is granted on a yearly basis. Applicants applying after the deadline will not be considered for financial assistance.
REFUND POLICY
If for any reason your child does not complete the school year, tuition only is refunded on a pro-rated basis.
