2024-2025 FINANCIAL INFORMATION SHEET 
 
TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE 
 

ENROLLMENT FEE:

$275 for one (1) child      

$550 for two (2) children    

$650 for three (3) or more children    

Enrollment fees are non refundable and will be collected as follows:

  • January 12, 2024 by 2:00 PM for RETURNING students. Collected through FACTS.
  • February 6, 2024 by 12:00 PM for NEW students- Collected at school- Send CHECK or CASH

*ALL families are responsible for enrollment fees*

 **Failure to remit enrollment fees by the deadlines posted above will result in a non-refundable $100 late fee and/or the possibility of loss of enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year.

TUITION: 

Pre-K3, Pre-K4 & Kindergarten $5890        

1st – 8th grade    $5790

FEES:

Technology Fee: $  85 per student

Maintenance Fee: $250 per family

SRO Security Fee: $390 per family

Non-Catholic Fee: $300 per student (exempt from out of Church parish fee)

Out of St. Genevieve Church Parish Fee: $50 per student

               

Tuition and fees may be paid in full or in a 10-month installment plan, with the first installment due in July according to your FACTS payment date selection. A processing fee of 5% will be added to your note. If you choose the installment plan, tuition and fees (excluding enrollment fees) will be combined into a monthly payment. 

DISCOUNTS

Family discounts will be applied as follows:

• Families with 2 children (K-8) will receive a family discount on tuition of $300.

•Families with 3 children (K-8) will receive a family discount on tuition of $900.  

• Families with 4 children (K-8) will receive a family discount on tuition of $1200.  

• Families with 5 children (K-8) will receive a family discount on tuition of $1500.  

• Pre-K3 & Pre-K4 are not considered in the family plan for discounts. 
 

NON-RETURNING STUDENTS

Vacancies will be filled for students who do not re-enroll timely or choose not to return. Should your child(ren) not re-enroll for the 2024-2025 school year, please notify the office by December 15, 2023. ALL financial obligations must be paid in full in order for St. Genevieve School to forward records.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE  

A limited number of financial aid scholarships will be available through the Msgr. Fuselier Scholarship Fund. Applications for financial assistance are accessible during the online enrollment/re-enrollment process. Applications must be completed and returned to St. Genevieve by March 8, 2024 by 12:00 noon. Decisions regarding financial assistance are based on need and the availability of funds for the current school year. Financial assistance is granted on a yearly basis. Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be considered for financial assistance. Students must be enrolled at SGS for one year before you can apply. Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 are not eligible. 

 

WITHDRAWAL PENALTY & REFUND POLICY

In the event an enrolled student is withdrawn from SGS after July 15, a $500 per student withdrawal penalty will be assessed. In the event of a student leaving during the school year and tuition was paid in full, a refund will be prorated based on full calendar school months the student will not be attending. If an installment payment plan was chosen, monthly installments will cease beginning the first full calendar month the student is not in attendance. All fees, including withdrawal penalty, are retained in full before any refund is issued.
