Faith & Spiritual Life

At St. Genevieve Catholic School, faith is not just something we teach—it’s something we live every day. Rooted in Catholic tradition, our school integrates spirituality into every aspect of campus life, helping students grow in their relationship with Christ and develop a strong moral foundation.

Students deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith through daily prayer, dedicated religion classes, and active participation in weekly Mass. From a young age, they take on meaningful roles as lectors, choir members, and altar servers, learning to lead with humility and purpose. Each child has the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at least once each year, supporting and nurturing their personal faith journey.

Our commitment to service is woven into the fabric of student life. Through hands-on local service projects, students put their faith into action. A cherished tradition includes supporting Change for Miles, a fundraiser benefiting the Miles Perret Cancer Center, along with outreach to those in need within our community.

Leadership in faith takes center stage in 8th grade, where student leaders take on important roles in our spiritual life. These students plan and lead school-wide rosaries, organize retreats for Pre-K through 5th grade, and bring the spirit of the liturgical seasons to life through meaningful productions like the Live Nativity and The Passion of Our Lord.
We are proud to prepare students not only academically, but spiritually. Our 5th and 8th graders participate in the ACRE exam (Assessment of Catholic Religious Education), reflecting our commitment to strong religious education and faith formation.
