Academics
Academics at St. Genevieve School
Pre-K4-Kindergarten:
Our PreK and Kindergarten programs provide activities to encourage academic and social development. Students receive instruction in math, language arts, science, and social studies. Students also participate in the following on a weekly basis: physical education class, STEM class, library, art class, and Mass.
1st – 3rd Grade:
Our first through fourth graders are part of a challenging and enriching environment which helps develop well-rounded students. In addition to receiving instruction in math, science, social studies, language arts, and religion, students also participate in physical education class, computer-skills class (1st & 2nd only), library, STEM class, art class, and Mass weekly.
4th-8th Grade:
Located on a separate campus, St. Genevieve offers its middle school students a variety of opportunities to challenge their minds and develop their unique sense of self. Instruction in math, science, social studies, reading, English, and religion is part of the daily schedule at the middle school. In addition to learning about topics covered in these subject areas, students also participate in STEM class, art class, physical education, and weekly Mass. Students in grades 6–8 are also given the opportunity to extend beyond the physical classroom, through out-of-state field studies.
