Technology
At St. Genevieve Catholic School, we embrace technology as a vital part of 21st-century learning. By creating a technology-rich environment, we equip students with the tools and skills they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
Our classrooms are designed for interactive, hands-on learning. Both campuses are equipped with Promethean or Newline interactive boards, while Chromebook carts support instruction in grades K–8. Pre-K students benefit from iPads and interactive boards that make early learning engaging and developmentally appropriate. In addition, our remodeled multi-device Media Center offers desktop computers, Chromebooks, iPads, and interactive technology, serving as a hub for exploration and collaboration. Through these investments, we are proud to maintain a 1:1 student-to-device ratio.
SGS also participates in state and federal technology initiatives, including grants that enhance reading comprehension in grades K–5. Data from these programs helps shape curriculum decisions and strengthen instructional strategies, ensuring our students continue to grow academically.
Technology at St. Genevieve is not just about devices—it’s about empowering students to take ownership of their learning. From receiving real-time feedback to exploring multiple pathways toward success, our students gain the knowledge, creativity, and confidence needed for future careers—even those not yet imagined.
By integrating technology with Catholic values and academic excellence, St. Genevieve Catholic School prepares students to lead, serve, and thrive in a digital world.
